Service Appointment Requests

Service Appointments

We pride ourselves in the work we provide to our customers and that's why we spend thousands of dollars a year on training our staff. We are not the least expensive location to get your vehicle serviced; in fact, we often find ourselves fixing issues created at independent repair shops and even BMW motorcycle dealerships. As such, it's true, "you get what you pay for" and sometimes that $70/hour rate will require you spending much more to have the work done correctly the first time.

2 Week Notice
The more notice we have, the better chance we have of accommodating your service appointment request. From March 1st through October 31st, it is likely that we will have two weeks of service appointments on the schedule; therefore, it is extremely helpful to anticipate your service needs (oil changes and tire changes are an exception to the rule) at least two weeks before they are needed.

Vehicle Information
When making a service request, please provide as much information as possible, including current mileage or inticipated mileage at service date and the last 7 digits of the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) as this will help us more closely determine the costs associated with the work as well as time required for completing the requested task(s).

Work To Be Done
When submitting your request, feel free to reference your needs:

  • New Tires
  • Oil Change
  • 600 Mile Service
  • BMW Service (6K / 18K / 30K / 42K / 54K / etc.)
  • BMW Inspection (12K / 24K / 36K / 48K etc.)
  • Annual Inspection
  • Accessory Removal/Installation
  • Etc

    Before You Leave Home

    Service Booklet
If you are having a scheduled service (BMW Service, BMW Inspection, or Annual Inspection) performed by one of our dealersips, be sure to bring along your service booklet so that we can stamp it and help you keep your records current.

    Accessory Removal
You'll also want to remove all non-bolted on accessories such as tankbags and saddlebags, since these items take up space in the Service Department and will require additional time to remove and re-install.

    Hours of Operation
Remember, we are open from 8:30am to 5:30pm on Tuesday through Friday and 8:30am to 4:00pm on Saturday. With this in mind, please plan accordingly to bring your motorcycle in on-time and to be at the dealership at least 15 minutes before closing time so that you'll have ample time to review the Repair Order and ask any questions.

By helping us with the above guidelines, you'll save all of us time and money. Thanks for your cooperation and giving us a chance to earn your business!
