Shipping and Handling

Shipping and Handling Charges: Shipping and handling charges are based on the physical size of your order, weight of the order, and actual destination (residential deliveries incur higher fees). Oversized and heavy items will have an additional shipping cost. This charge may not be calculated until the order is being prepared.

Shipment By UPS: We ship via UPS Ground Service in the continental US. Shipments to Alaska & Hawaii and International orders will have an fees applied.


Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

General:

  • No returns on electrical parts, non-OEM special orders, clearance items, take-off parts, used parts, helmets, or event registration fees.
  • All returns must be pre-authorized by BMW Motorcycles of Western Oregon and must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt, the item(s) must be in original, undamaged packaging with instructions, merchandising tags, and product literature.
  • Apparel (clothing and footwear) must not have been worn, soiled, altered, or laundered.
  • Returns on OEM special order items will incur a 20% restocking charge.
  • Returns after 30 days will be issued a BMW Motorcycles of Western Oregon gift certificate minus a 20% restocking charge.
  • No returns, exchanges, or refunds after 90 days from date of purchase.
  • For online orders or telephone orders, call 503-597-7097 for a return authorization.
  • Original and return shipping charges are not refundable.

Return Shipping Instructions: Return via prepaid UPS or USPS. Insure shipment for full value of purchase. Use original packaging. We are not responsible for packages lost during return shipping.

Returns,Exchange Instructions: Enclose a copy of your invoice along with an explanation for the return, exchange, or refund.

Payment Methods

We accept cash, personal checks, cashier checks, American Express, MasterCard, and Visa.


Backordered Items

Backorders: If an item is backordered, we will notify you via e-mail.

Shipments scheduled more than 30 days after the order date: We will notify you via email and give you a cancellation option.

Filling backorders: Backorders will be filled before new orders when the backordered items become available.


Miscellaneous Policies

  • Individual product descriptions are claims of the manufacturer and/or distributor and are not guaranteed to be accurate.
  • Prices subject to change without notice.
  • Mistakenly posted prices on the website do not obligate us to those incorrect prices.
  • We reserve the right to refuse to sell to anyone for any reason.
